  • Salary range: $130,203–$136,295 + 12% super
  • Postgraduate allowance up to 10% (depending on qualification)

About you

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Proven leadership experience in inpatient, aged care, or community health settings
  • Skilled in strategic planning, team management, and resource allocation
  • A confident communicator with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive quality care
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for rural health and community wellbeing
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Must hold full working rights in Australia
